it 's seems you cant change adress of dispachers on the fly.
But it is posible to change other parameters, dispachers count for
example.

SYS:jozh > alter system set
dispatchers= '(address=(protocol=tcp)(host=tpjv)(port=7021))(dispachers=2) ';
System altered.
SYS:jozh > alter system set
dispatchers= '(address=(protocol=tcp)(host=tpjv)(port=7022))(dispachers=2) ';
alter system set
dispatchers= '(address=(protocol=tcp)(host=tpjv)(port=7022))(dispachers=2) '

I 've tried various permutations, same message. 9.2.0.4 solaris. =
Currently have 5 dispatchers running TCP.
any ideas? I know there 's a bug regarding above command with 'spfile ' =
clause, but Support doesn 't think that 's it, just thought I 'd try the =
list also.
